1. Services and Pricing

  • Pricing: All prices listed on our Pricing Page are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are typically quoted in BDT and USD for international clarity.

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Advance Booking: We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time slot is available.

  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying the next guest.

  • Health Disclosure: You must inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical ailments before your treatment begins.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Number 1 Spa and its therapists shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by gross negligence. Guests are responsible for their own belongings during their visit.

8. Governing Law
